About Training & Placements
MISSION :
The mission of Training & Placement Cell is to raise the technical knowledge and soft skills of students to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical industry and provide the best of opportunities available in India and Abroad.
VISION :
Our vision is to create honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and responsible employee and to make entrepreneurial culture in the Institute.
Objectives of Training and Placement :
- Prepare the students to face campus interviews by arranging various trainings of professional resource persons.
- Disseminate technical knowledge, information and skills by organizing industrial visits/guest lecturers of industrious persons / seminars / workshops.
- Develop soft and entrepreneurial skills among the students.
- Sign MoU's with academia, research institutes and pharmaceutical industries to increase interdisciplinary research.
- Invite various reputed pharmaceutical industries for campus recruitment and place as far as possible maximum number of students.
- Arrange and conduct a personality development program for the students.
- Enhance industry institute interaction activities to develop knowledge and skills of students.
